As we head into the Fall, there are two different topics we have seen interest in among our members:
Though IMS and MedMine have been selling medical device data for a number of years, several new players have entered the market recently with much stronger offerings. It is only now for the first time that we are able to recommend that healthcare investors start looking to data for edge.
Our main event for September will feature a panel of healthcare data experts talking about the history and current state of this space. We will be meeting on 9/27 in Midtown Manhattan; doors will open at 6 PM and we expect discussion to begin at 6:30 PM.
To explore shortcomings in traditional election forecasting techniques and how data can be used to overcome them, we will co-host a webinar on 9/20 and a breakfast roundtable on 10/4.
We are pleased to be able to feature Andrew Gelman, a preeminent statistician and director of Columbia's Applied Statistics Center, as well as Scott Tranter, whose firm is behind the weekly election forecasts on Decision Desk.
If you are interested in either of the above, please register below and we will send further details to you once they are available.
